ChemCalc is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Do Not Collect

ChemCalc does not collect, store, or transmit any chemical formulas, numerical values, or inputs you enter into our calculators. All chemistry calculations run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No inputs or results are ever sent to our servers, and we maintain no database of user data.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous aggregate usage data — page views, session duration, and general geographic region. GA4 does not receive personally identifiable information from us. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google AdSense & Cookies

We display ads via Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads relevant to your interests based on your browsing history. These cookies are set by Google. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings.

Cookies Used

ChemCalc does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 (analytics) and Google AdSense (advertising). No login, session, or preference cookies are set by ChemCalc.

Third-Party Services

We do not sell or share data with any other third parties.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

ChemCalc does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No account creation is required to use any tool. If you believe a child has submitted personal information via our contact form, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention

ChemCalc retains no personal data. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's standard policy (14 months by default). You may request deletion via your Google account settings.

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
